The chart below is used to determine the PVC Fitting size to order for insulated pipes.

This Chart is for the following PVC Fittings:

  •  90° Elbow Covers
  • 45° Elbow Covers
  • End Caps
  • Tee/Valve Covers.
  • Flange Covers
  • Victaulic Couplings

PVC Fitting Size Chart for 90°, 45°, Tees, End Caps, Couplings, Flange Covers.

 

Purpose: The chart above is used to help identify the PVC fitting size needed for an insulated pipe.

Directions: The column on the left is the size of the pipe and the top row is the thickness of the insulation on the pipe. To determine what pipe size you have, please visit our Easy Order Guide. The Pipe Sizes listed in the left column are "Order This Size" from the Easy Order Guide.

Example: If you are insulating a 3" Iron pipe with 1" fiberglass pipe insulation you would use a #13 PVC Fitting. If you are insulating a 3" Iron pipe but with 1.5" fiberglass pipe insulation you would use a #15 PVC Fitting.
