Aluminum Jacketing is cut and rolled to fit each pipe size correctly. To find the correct size for the pipe insulation you want to cover, simply pick out the pipe size and match it to the insulation thickness (top of chart) and get the corresponding jacketing size. It's that simple!
Purpose: The chart above is used to help identify the size Aluminum Jacketing needed for an insulated pipe.
Please keep in mind that the Aluminum Jacketing size is DIFFERENT than Aluminum 90° and 45° Elbow Covers.
Directions: The column on the left is the size of the pipe and the top row is the thickness of the insulation on the pipe. To determine what pipe size you have, please visit our Easy Order Guide. The Pipe Sizes listed in the left column are "Order This Size" from the Easy Order Guide.
