PVC Cut & Curl PVC Jacketing Chart

 

Purpose: The chart above is used to help identify the size PVC Cut & Curl Jacketing needed for an insulated pipe.

Please keep in mind that the PVC Jacketing size is different than all other PVC Fitting Cover sizes.

Directions: The column on the left is the size of the pipe and the top row is the thickness of the insulation on the pipe. To determine what pipe size you have, please visit our Easy Order Guide. The Pipe Sizes listed in the left column are "Order This Size" from the Easy Order Guide.

Example: If you are insulating a 3" Iron pipe with 1" fiberglass pipe insulation you would use a 5.5 PVC Jacketing. If you are insulating a 3" Iron pipe but with 1.5" fiberglass pipe insulation you would use a 6.5 PVC Jacketing.
